INSTRUNET COMPATIBILITY WITH MACINTOSH COMPUTERS

The older instruNet software version ≤ 2.x (2009) was compatiable with Macintosh computers and the newer instruNet software version ≥ 3.0 (2010) is only compatible with Windows Computers. iNet-230 Pcmcia Card & Macintosh
The iNet-230 with the older ≤ 2.x instruNet software is compatible Macintosh Powerbook 1400/2400/3400/5300/G3/G4 computers running Macintosh OS 8, 9, and 10 after booting 9.x (see footnote¹ below for details). The i230 consumes one Type II 16bit Pcmcia slot.

iNet-200 PCI Card & Macintosh
The iNet-200 with the older ≤ 2.x instruNet software is compatible with Macintosh PowerPC/G3/G4/> computers running OS 8, 9, and 10 after booting 9.x (see footnote¹ below for details).

SuperScope II, version 3.x
SuperScope II is compatible with Macintosh Computers running OS 8, OS 9, and OS 10 after booting 9.x (see footnote¹ for details). This product was discontinued in 2010.

SoundScope/16, version 3.x
SoundScope is compatible with Macintosh Computers running OS 8, OS 9, and OS 10 in Classic 9.x mode (yet not Native OS 10 mode). SoundScope runs on all Macintosh computers (e.g. G3, G4, G5), including the > 2003 computers that do not boot OS 9.x (since you don't need to boot OS 9 to run in Classic mode). This product was discontinued in 2010.

Footnotes
¹1The iNet-200, iNet-230 and SuperScope run on Macintosh OS 10 (i.e. OS X) computers after they have booted OS 9.x. These products do not run in Classic mode or in Native Mode under under OS ≥ X and do not run with computers made after July 03 that cannot boot OS 9 (e.g. all G5 computers, power book 17" released Jul 03). The following does boot OS 9.x and can be used with SS2 and i2x0: all G3 laptops and towers, all G4 towers, G4 laptops released <= 2002, G4 Powerbook 15" released in 2003).
