Things to Try

1. Power the computer Off and then On, and note that only one instruNet program can run at a time.
2. Upgrade to the latest iNet32.dll, per the instructions here (this is free).
3. If you suspect the crash involves the i2x0 controller card, please proceed with the steps outlined here.
4. Email to your instruNet supplier a "iNet32 Diagnostic Report.txt" diagnostic Report, per Generating A Diagnositic Report From other Software. Notice this diagnostic report is generated a little differently from the traditional instruNet World REPORT button, since we are assuming instruNet World crashes before that button becomes available.
